@Ayoub Forrest Employability skills will always have major factors in all types of workplaces, but in my opinion yes Communication, Problem solving and Teamwork will always be the three biggest skills in a majority of workplaces, feel free to offer your opinion though if you disagree.

@Black_angel08 it's good to see people working at Community Centre's nice to know Frankston North is helping the homeless, I'm sure they will really appreciate the blankets, and making all those stars to help stop violence, that's a lot of stars, but it's great seeing kind dedicated people working hard to help others and those in need.

during my work placement, I was showed around the small area I would be working in, my first task involved printing and folding a few letters to be sent off to clients, technology played a part as I was showed how the machines worked, and how to operate them even in specific order ,self-management was another skill used as I had to manage my time and figure out what my next job would be, if I had nothing I would communicate with Mel and she would give me new jobs to take on. Communication is not one of my best skills in the workplace, but I can listen well to others and convey information when I need to, I feel over time my skill with technology will increasingly get better and develop over time. For an employee to learn new skills they must be given opportunities to learn and develop these skills.

I was surprised I could sit in place for over an hour sorting and folding sheets of paper and medical forms, something I would have never done when I was younger, though I still have an unknown motive to get up and move around. my work involved printing, folding paper, organising and sorting out letters with envelopes and having them all ready to be sent off. The workplace was quite small, standing in the place you could see the areas where employees would eat and rest, the restrooms and even all the spare dozen stacks of paper that were at the back of the room.
